ACCOUNTS: Casual advertisements are debited monthly; standing contract advertisements and subscriptions are debited quarterly (March, June, September and December). Charges connected with new contracts will be adjusted to the nearest quarter day \ and charged quarterly thereafter. DISCOUNTS: No discount will be allowed on any account under £1 or on any account paid after the due date. Advertising accounts are otherwise subject to a discount of 5/f for “in advance” payments, and 2%% on monthly accounts. All subscription accounts are nett. OFFICE HOURS. Mondays to Fridays, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
