We held our monthly sale at Te Awamutu on Saturday, November 2gth, when we yarded 598 head of cattle. There was a good demand for all classes of stock with the exception of yearling heifers, which were dull' of sale. We quote: —Fat cows £5 •

5s to £6 I Is, forward empty cows £4 is to £4 18s, store cows £3'ss to £3 i6s, 3-year steers in forward condition £6 17s 6d, 2% to 3-year ditto £5 ios to £6 53, 2-ycar ditto £4 5s to £4 18s, yearling steers £2 7s 6d to £3 6s, bulls 4 to Sgns, empty heifers £3 2s.to £4 2s, weaner calves £1 to £l ios weaner pigs 13s 6d to 17s, slips £l to £l Ils.

# HARgLTpN SALE. We held our tri-weekly sale in the Hamilton yards on Thursday, • 4th inst., when we yarded 513., head of cattle, 162 sheep, and 60 pigs. There was a good attendance of buyers and bidding was spirited throughout the sale, and practically the whole yarding was cleared. We quote:—Fat bullocks £9 17s 6d to £lO 15s, fat cows heavy £7 2s 6d to £8 is, fat cows light £5 4s to £6 15s, ffesh conditioned cows £4 10s to £5, store cows £2 17s 6d to £3 10s, 3year steers in good condition £6 I2s to€ 7 10s, 2 x / 2 year ditto £5 3s to £6 2s, 2 year ditto £4 Bs, yearling' ditto £2 15s to £3 6s, 2 year heifers in calf £4, yearling heifers £2 ios to £3, weaner calves) 16s to 27s 6d, fat ewes 20s to 2ls»i
