Collins appeared on behalf of the bankrupt. A statement was read by the deputy official assignee, which showed the liabilities of bankrupt amounted to about £too, and assets nil.

Barnott (Ohaupo) moved that no action be taken against the bankrupt, and that his discharge be facilitated in every way. The motion was seconded by Mr Bailey and carried.
