The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report : HAMILTON SALE. At Hamilton on Thursday we had a medium yarding and all fat slock sold at satisfactory prices. Fat wethers made IQs 4d to IQs 6d, fat ewes 14s 6d to [6s, fat cows £5 10s to £6 17s 6d, fat heifers £5 9s to £6 ss, 20months heifers £3 3s to £3 7s, springing heifers £5 15s to £6 2s 6d, weaner pigs 9s 6d to 13s, porkers £1 9s to £l- 17s. A contracting plant of horses, waggon, etc., sold under brisk competition. Young active mares and geldings made £2O to £2B 10s, spring trap horses £l7 to £22, aged draughts £ll 15s to £l3 10s, waggon £27, harness and covers at good prices. OTOROI lAN G A SALE.
At Otorohanga on the same day well-grown calves made tii 14s to £2 2s, smaller sorts Cl 2s to £t JOs, 2-year-old shorthorn heifers in calf £4 17s 6d to £5 3s, empty cows £3 3s to £4 10s, according to condition, 2/J-ycar-old steers £4 5s to £4 13s.
