Minutes of previous meeang were read and confirmed. A letter was read from Mr A. Barber, secretary of the Hamilton Wanderers’ Association Football Club,- inviting the Te Awamutu club to play a match at Hamilton on Saturday, May 24th.—Resolved that a reply be sent accepting the invitation. The following new members were elected :—Messrs G. Norden, Brown, T. Stewart. It was proposed that Mr T. Stewart be elected secretary of the club, and that a hearty vote of thanks be accorded to Mr T. Mclnnes for his assistance in the formation of the club.
