BOWLING.
On Saturday afternoon, the final game in connection with the singles tournament to compete for the pair of bowls presented by Messrs Campbell and Ehrenfreid was played on the Victoria Park Greens. In this game Mr C. Bowden played Mr W. T. Stonehouse the former winning by 5 points, the scores being 17 games throughout this tournament have been very keenly contested, and considerable interest centied in the final game. On Saturday next we understand the Whitiora club will send several rinks to Te Awamutu to play a return match with the local club.
