PREMIER PICTURES.
There was a large and appreciative audience, at the Town Hall last Wednesday, when a splendid series of pictures was screened. The principal film was a “ Star ” drama entitled, “In a Den of Lions,” showing the interior of a circus, in which a lion-tamer was seen putting a number of lions, through their performance, also a trapeze act, which terminates fatally. Other dramas were, “ His Life,” “ Sunshine,” “ Prisoner of the Harem,” while the comics included “I Saw Him First,” “Alkali Ike’s Pants,” “ His Father’s Choice.”
