MOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of Section 35 of the "Town Board's Act, 1908," and Sections 48 to 51 of the " Rating Act, 1908," that it is the intention of the Te Awamutu Town Board at its next regular meeting to be held on Thursday, the Bth day of August, 1912, to make and levy a general rate of one penny in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property within the Te Awamutu Town District for the period commencing the first day of April, 1912, and ending the 31st day of March, 1913, such rate to be payable in one sum on the second day of September, 1912, to the collector, (Dudley Bockett) at the office of the Board.
