PARLIAMENT.

The House will meetthis afternoon, when MrT. Mackenzie will inform members of the action he has taken, and that Mr Massey has been entrusted by the Governor with the task of forming a Ministry. It is expected that the House will then adjourn until Thursday at 2.30 p.m., when Mr Massey will inform the House of his choice of Ministers. An adjournment of three weeks will then be granted to enable the Government to formulate its policy and prepare the budget. We have been thanked by many for the extra issued on Saturday morning which announced the defeat of the Government. We have arranged with our correspondent in Wellington to send us word immediately the Cabinet is formed, and we shall at once issue an extra to inform the public of the gentlemen selected by Mr Massey as members of his Ministry. _^_^_—_—
