MAGISTRATE’S COURT.

SATURDAY, JUNE 29, 1912. (Before Messrs G. H. White and J. G. Elmsly, J.P’s. Diney Marquet, labourer, was charged with assaulting Wm. Dalziel on June 15th, and was fined ios and costs 15s. The same offender was charged with obstructing Constable Lander in the execution of his duty, and was fined 20s and costs 7s. On the application cff _the police a prohibition issued against Hira King, Maori, of Otorohanga. On his own application a prohibition order was issued against W. M. Fearney.
