METEOROLOGICAL.
The Rev. D. C. Bates sent us the following at 12 noon yesterday:—Winds freshening and variable, moderate to strong veering by west to south. Weather misty; cloudy, and unsettled. Rain probable. Glass fall slowly, but rise after 24 hours.
