KIHIKIHI DOMAIN BOARD.
The annual meeting of the above was held on February 28th. All the members were present, and Mr Elmsly was appointed chairman. Mr Smith moved that the chairman be authorised to bid £33 annual rental for the lease of the domain to be sold that day. —Seconded by Mr Mackinder and carried, Mr Moody alone opposing the motion. The balance-sheet for the year ending 31st December, 1911, was read and adopted, and signed by the chairman.
The Board resolved to <call upon Mrs Anderson, lately occupier of the domain, to tefflnd all expenses of the Board incurred through her failure to complete her lease.
