WOOL SALES.

The Bank of New Zealand has received the following cablegram dated London, 2nd inst.: — The sales have closed with good inquiry from all brnnches of the trade. Prospects for all wools next series are favourable. Total quantity held over 14,000 bales, of which 2000 are New Zealand. Since our last cable the market for all kinds of greasy crossbred has a weaker tone. SHEEPSKINS. Prices for practically all descriptions are unchanged. Fullwoolled coarse crossbred show a slight improvement.
