PARLIAMENT SUMMONED FOR FEBRUARY 15TH.
The member for Waikato received the following telegram this morning :

I have to inform you that His Excellency the Governor has today issued a proclamation calling Parliament together on Thursday, February 15th. (Signed) J. G. WARD.
