IN pursuance of the Legislature Act, 1908, and its amendments, 1, Henry James Dixon, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Waikato, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing' dat 1 '.he 21st day of November, 1911, under the head ot Clerk of the Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as member for the said district; and that the latest hour for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be noon on the 27th day oi November, 1911; and that the poll, if necessray, will be taken at the several pdlling-placcs o! the said district on the 7th day of December, 1911, between the hours oi o a.ni. and 6 p.m. Every man desirous of becoming a Candidate must be Nominated by not less Two Electors of the district, by a Nominationpaper as prescribed by section 105 of the said Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before noon on the 27th day of November, 1911.
