Johnson,of Tekowhai,claim £3 5s iGd. judgment by default with costs 10s. C. E. Finch v D. Morrison, of Hunua, claim 17s. Judgment by default with costs 17s.

D. J. Cooper v F. Dines, of Te Kuiti, claim £l 2s. Judgment by default with costs ss.

After hearing the evidence of the police and Mr J. Jackson, the accused was convicted and fined 10s and costs 15 s. PL J. Raddock was charged by the police with being found by night without lawful excuse on private premises of Dr Henderson. The accused pleaded guilty, and was convicted and fined 5s and costs ss.
