OBITUARY.

(Own Correspondent.)

A very highly-respected resident, Mrs J. McNaul, of Pirongia, passed away at the Hamilton Hospital on Friday morning after a long and painful illness# Tne body was brought to Pirongia. On Saturday the funeral proceeded from the residence of the deceased to the Pirongia cemetery where the last rites were duly performed. The number of mourners present bore fitting testimony to the popularity of Mrs McMaul, and her untimely decease is deeply regretted.
