Lamason (AA’ellington) wen tie toss, and decided to put the < - ppo s ; ing side in. There was two hours play, in which Auckland lo ; tw wickets. On Saturday there was no pin o* - ing to weather conditions. The match was resumed this morn ing in fine but threatening weather.
