FORECAST FOR TO-MORROW. The following weather forecast was issued by the Meteorological Office at noon to-day:— Easterly to north-easterly winds, light to moderate. Weather dull and misty, with further rain in the North Island, but conditions improving slowly. Temperatures cool.
