PROCEEDS OF FLANNEL DANTE. The n<*( receipts from the flannel dance organised bv the staff of Mr C. 11. Dudding, contrartor for the* erection of tlie new school, in aid of the School Radio Fund amounted to £3 10s (id. The receipts were:—Door £7 10s (id, cake competition £1 7s Gd; total, £ll 7s. Expenditure: Music £2 10s, hall rent £1 13s Gd, Bryant and Co. £1 Os, gas 2s, tickets 2s; total, £5 lGs Gd. With the addition of this £3 10s (id the fund now stands at £3O Os lid. It is still far short of the objective, and it is hoped that as soon as the holidays are over efforts will be concentrated on raising the balance. Contributions to date are:—
