WAIPUKURAU STOCK SALE.
The Associated Auctioneers report having held their weekly sale at Waipukurau yesterday, when there was a fair yarding of cattle and a small yarding of sheep. Prices ranged as follow: —Extra prime heavy fat heifers £ls 8s 6d, medium prime heifers £ll 8s to £l2 15s, fat bullocks £l3 to £l4 7s, fat cows £7 10s to £9 7s fid, fat cows and heifers £8 19s to £lO 2s fid, store cows £4 12s 6d, forward 3 and 4-year steers up to £ll, forward 2-year steers £9 8s to £lO 2s, empty heifers £9 3s, weaner steers £3 17s, fat ewes 28s to 365, fat wethers 36s to 41s, f. and f. wethers 35s 8d to 36s 7d, wether hoggets 31s. Williams and Kettle, Ltd., report:— 2 fat cows £7 10s, 1 fat steer £3, 1 fat cow £5 17s, 1 dairy cow £7 17s 6d, 1 at £lO 10s, 1 at £4 15s, 1 at £4 10s, 1 Jersey bull £B, 25 fat ewes 295, 115 f. and f. wethers 35s Bd.
