The Associated Stock Auctioneers held their weekly sale at the Waipukurau yards on Tuesday. There was a small yarding of both sheep and cattle and practically every line changed hands at prices satisfactory to vendors. Following was the range of prices Fat bullocks £l6, fat heifers £9 to £ls 10s, fat cows £lO to £ls, breeding cows and heifers up to £l4, store cows from £8 to £lO, 20month steers £ll, 20-month heifers from £5 to £7 Is, weaner steers £B, weaner heifers £6 10s, hoggets from 10s to 23s 3d, store wethers 32s 6d. Tho various firms report as follows : H.B. Farmers’. —5 fat bullocks £l6, 5 fat heifers £O, 2 fat cows £lO, 1 fat heifer £15,1 fat cow £lO,lO 20-month steers £ll, 4 yearling heifers £5, 4 16month heifers £7 Is, 24 m.s. lambs 12s 7d. Williams and Kettle, Ltd. —8 fat cows £ls 10s, 7 a.t £l4, 8 fat heifers £ls 2s 6d, 1 fat cow £l4 7s 6d, 17 weaner steers £B, 13 weaner heifers £6 10s, 20 fat wethers 34s 3d, 99 empty ewes 26s lOd, 17 fat ewes 275, 70 ewes in lamb 265.
