SEPARATING YOLKS FROM WHITES.
Even tho most careful cook will sometimes get a piece of yolk ol ail egg into the whites that she is about to whip. As this will prevent the whites from beating up stiff, she should take it out before using the egg-beater. This can be done by dipping a piece of white cot-ton-cloth in hot water, wringing it out ns dry as possible, then touching the bit of yolk with it. Tlio cloth will instantly absorb the yolk.
