A DENIAL.

KAISER’S TELEGRAM TO GERARD. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received This Day, Noon). AMSTERDAM, August 13. Semi-official: The “North German Gazette" denies the existence of the Kaiser’s telegram revealed in Mr Gerard’s memoirs. It states it is possible the Kaiser prepared a memorandum to present to Mr Gerard for sending wrong information to Washington, hut the Kaiser’s notes were not destined for President Wilson.
