THE following time-table alterations will be brought into operation on SUNDAY, sth August, 1917: The Auckland-Wellington express train will leave Auckland at 7.10 p.m., Wellington arrive 1.8 p.m. The Weliington-Auckland express train will leave Wellington at 12.45 p.m., Auckland arrive 0.38 a.ra. WELLINGTON-WOODVILLE. The 0.5 a.m. Woodville-Masterton train which now runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays only. The 10.35 a.m. Woodville-Masterton train will leave Woodville at 8.15 a.m., Mangatainoka 8.43, Pahiatua 9.12, Ekctahuna 10.34, Mauriceviile 11.18 a.m., arriving Masterton 12.0 noon. This train will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. The 8.55 a.m. Masterton-Woodville train will be cancelled. PALMERSTON NORTH-NAPIER. The 7.30 a.m. Waipukurau-Palmer-ston North train will leave Waipukurau at 7.20 a.m., Takapau 8.25, Ormond ville 9.10 a.m. The 4.30 a.m. Palmerston NorthWaipukurau and 12.40 p.m. Waipuku-rau-Palmcrston North trains will be cancelled.
