TO ADVERTISERS. REPLACE Advertisements must be in the hands of the printer by 1 p.m. on the day prior to that on which they are to appear. Notice of withdrawal of advertisements must be in writing. All advertisements forwarded for publication without instructions will be inserted till countermanded and charged for accordingly. Advertisements inserted by the month or quarter and withdrawn at any time before the expiration of the period will be charged for as if inserted for the full term.
