(Rsoeived 9 30 a.m, To day) LONDON, March 9 Several suffragettes were fined for participating in Sunday’s disturbances in Trafalgar Square Sir Edward Carson received an U!s'er suffragette deputation. The latter were greatly dissatisfied with his reply, which was not divulged.
