(Received 10 10 a.m, To-day) LONDON, Deoember 15 Suffragettes burred Southern Lsigh, a large empty mansion, at Bristol. (Raoeivad 12 5 p m, To-day) Sylvia Pankhurst has b°en relta ad. The proprietress of tbe Kew Girdena tea pavilion sued Olive Wharry and Lilian Lenton, Suffragettei, for damages for burning the pavilion. One of the defendants admitted starting the fiie The care was settled by the Suffragettes paying compensation. A timber yard at Dsvjnport has been burned The damage amounts to £12,000. Tbe following notice was tied to a post: “In revenge for Mrs Pankhurst’* arrest.”, A meeting of the Women’s Social and ; Political Union sent a telegram to tbe King, imploring Mrs Pankhurst’s release.
