Inspector Oufif.—Started two on Nicholl’s, and saw Blight signs on O'Hara’s. Killed six and started another. Saw numerous traces on Puhi Maihi's. Killed five and started five others on Nioholls', and saw numerous traces. Killed one on Homewood, and saw traoes on E. Tod’s. Started one on Abbotsford and one on Manson’s. Saw traces on McKay’s and Shaw’s. Killed one on White’s and started one on Waldron’s. Started one on Todd’s near brewery, Waipawa. Lindsay: Started two in Gower’s plantation. Saw traces on Hamilton’s and Cochrane's. Kaikora : Killed one on Knight’s and started one on Collins’. Waipukurau: Started two on Tipping’s (Mount Herbert). Killed one on Lowe’s and saw traces on Houseman’s and Bailey’s. Killed one on Arlington. Wallingford: Baw traces on Nopera Bros.’ and Sims’. Killed one on Smith’s and three on Wallingford station. Killed five on Oakburne. Started two on Doria’s, and saw traces on sandhills. Started three on the Whangaehu coast and three on back country. Killed two at Arahura. Killed four and started five on Braebourne. Inspector H. Lopdell.—Tikokino : Traces near homestead, Ashcott, and J. and T. Bibby’s. Rakautatahi: Killed two on Axel Jensen’s, and got traces on Tuta Meha’s and Prescott's. Killed one and started another on Hana Beuan's. Traces on Bangi’s, and killed two on J. Hutchinson’s. Killed one on Johr’s, one on Frederieksen’s and three on Rupuha’s. Found traces on Hanita's, Peta Ngaihi’s and Puki Puki’s. Makaretu : Killed one on T. Morrison’s, two on Springbank and traoes on Sherwood. Killed one on C. Lewis’. Killed one and got nest of two on J. Nicholls.’ Got nest of four on B. White’s. Killed one on Waipawa river bed. Argyll: Found traces on Baird's, and killed two on Monk’s. Killed two on J. Holden’s. Found traces on A. L. Rhodes’ and L. Rhodes’, and started one on M. Rhodes.' Traces on Rasmussen's.
