I HEREBY give public notion that a General Elcotion of Eight Councillors for the Borough of Waipawa will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 28th day of April, 1909. And I horeby appoint the Waipawa Borough Council Office as the place and THURSDAY, the 22nd day of April, 1909, as the time for the nomination of candidates. Eaoh nomination paper must be signed by two electors and by the candidate, and be delivered to me, or be addressed to me and delivered at the plaoe aforesaid at any time after the publication of this notice, and before Noon of the said day of nomination.
