Mails close at the Waipawa Office as under:— For the South—9.o am, 956 a.m (expre**), 4.30 p.m, 5 p.m (Waipukurau only). For the North—7 a.m, 10 a.m, 4.30 p.m (express). Tamumu, Omakare, Pnurerere, Blackhead, Titoki, E. D Bell, J. Speedy, E W. Nairn, J. Nairn and Motere—lo.3s a.m, Mondays and Thursdays. Onga Onga, Ruataniwha and Wairere —10.45 a.m, daily. Blaokburn and Wakarara—lo.4s a.m, on Mondays and Fridays. For Pataogata and Elsthorpe close 7 a.m, on Monday and Thursday. For Wanetead, Wallingford, Porangahau, Wimbledon and Herbertville close Waipukurau at 10.10 a.m, on Tuesday and Thursday, and on Saturday at 10.10 a.m. for Porangahau, Wallingford and Wanetead. For Tikokino, Argyll East, Ailansdate, Brow, Mangaonuku, Ferry dale, R. W. Spring, Green Bros, Jos. Wallace and Rangihau- 12.30 p.m. daily. Mails arrive as follows From the South—B.4s a.m, 10 35 a.m, 5.15 p.m (express). From the North—9.4o a m, 10.35 a.m, 5.15 p.m, 7.45 p.m. From Onga Onga, Tikokino, etc. — 9.30 a.m. daily. From Blaokburn and Wakarara— Tuesday and Saturday, 9.30 a.m. From Tamumu, etc.—Tuesday and Friday, 2 pm. The Posting Boxes at the corners of Patangata and Tainumu roads are cleared twice daily, viz., at 8.30 a.m, and 3 30 p.m. Mails for United Kingdom maColumbo close at this office every Thursday, at 9 55 a.m.
