THE Fishing Season will open on OCTOBER Ist, 1906, for all rivers within the District, except the Waikato, which will not open until lßt NOVEMBER, and will all close on APRIL 30th, 1907. Licenses oan be obtained at all Motiey Order Post-offices within the Hawke’s Bay, Waipawa, and Patangata Counties. Also from Messrs J. R. Ross and Co., Napier, Mr A. H. Hill, Dannevirke, Mr F. M. Kenney, Woodville, Mr R. R. Groom, Orroondville, Mr C. W. Mitchell, Waipukurau, and Mr L. Pratley, Waipawa The Society will give the sum of £2 3s, in addition to half the fine, to any one giving evidence enabling a conviction to be recorded against any person fishing without a license or out of season. The apportionment of such reward will be made by the Committee unless otherwise dealt with by the Court.
