High Schools.
(Per Press Association.) Palmerston N., This day. At a meeting of the combined State schools last evening, resolutions were carried that it is undesirable to establish a High School in connection with the primary school in Palmerston, or that any High School of the kind should be , established in the Wanganui district, at which scholarship boys should be compelled to attend; that it is desirable that a High School should be established in Palmorston on similar lines to the ' Blenheim High School; that a deputation wait on the Premier regarding the question, and also on technical school mattors.
