Struck off the Rolls.

(Per Press Associaiton.) Wellington, This day In the Appeal Court, on the application of Mr Haselden, who appeared for the Canto)b try Law Society, the Court made an order striking Leonard Harper off the Roll of Barristers mod Solicitors. The application was made on the same affidavits on which the two other members of the firm of Messrs Harper and Co. were Btruck off the rolls a year ago. Leonard Harper had not then been served, but service having since been effected, the application was now made against him. There was no appearance on his behalf. The Court also made an order against him for payment to the Law Society of £lO 10s, costs and the expenses of serving him with the rule nisi. All the esses were heard and the Court sits for judgment tomorrow afternoon.
