(Per P’ress association) New Plymouth, This day Gibeon, charged with cattle stealing was acquitted. Albert Young and John Maclean were sentenced to two years and Murdoch McLean to one year on each charge of cattle stealing, the sentences to run concurrently. Walter Sisley was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment.
