Metropolitan Club Rules will be strictly adhered to. All the above races are open and for hacks. Hack shall mean (for raeis Nos 1,4, 5, 6, and 8) a horse that ban never received over 20 sovs in one s ake, and (for races Nos 3 and 7) fer horses that have never received over 40 sovs in oue stake. All entries to be addressed to the Secretary of the Porangahau Racing Club, Porangahau; and must be accompanied by the amount of fees (in Cash) together with the name, age and pedigree of horse, and the colours of the Riders.
