The latter had been charged in ihe Resident Magistrate’s Court with the distribution of certain indecent literature. The Justices dismissed the information on the ground of insufficient euidence. Upon this decision the Crown appealed. On a prelim nary objection His Honor ruled that there had been insufficient service, as the application was not made to all the Justices adjudicating.
