IN accordance with Section 3 of the “ Education Act, 1877, Amendment Act, 1885,” notice is hereby given lhat in each of the undermentioned School Districts a meeting of the householders is convened, to be held on MONDAY, the 28th instant, at the School-house in each district, at half-past seven o’clock in the evening, for the election of a School Committee for the ensuing year, and for such Other purpose as may be required under Section 64 of the said Act. TO Europeans of Hawke’s Bay, principally in Napier, that my land of Kararaima Wiiariki (died), of Otamauri that land was given in my hands after her death, at the Native Land Court, at Hastings, on November 4th, 1886, that land lias never sold yet, because Kararaima Whariki did not sell it, till that land was given to me. I have a right to that land after her death, part of this land, Otamauri, was sold to Renata Kawepo and to W. Beamish, only one was not sold “ Kararaima’s Whariki," and it was given to me after her death. Notice to Europeans, that I WANT TO SELL that part of laid which was given to me for £l5O.
