Races run under the New Zealand Metropolitan Club’s “ Rules of Racing.” Three horses to start or only half the money advertised will bo given. All the races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. Horses winning a race and starting for auotlier will carry a penalty of 7lbs. All horses entered for the District Race must be the buna fulc property for threo months previous to the race day, of per sons residing in tlio North Ruataniwlia District for a like period. Ilorses that havo won £ls or over in ono siako arc debarred from entering for the Hurdle Race and Hampden Stakes. Ah regards all the other races, no horse shall be allowed to enter for them that has won £lO or over in one stake.
