No person allowed to enter a horse unless he is a subscriber of at least One Guinea to the club. The decision of the Stewards shall be final in all cases. The Hawke’s Bay Jockey Club rules will be adhered to as far as practicable. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of One Guinea, to be forfeited if the protestis considered frivolous.
