VALUE OF TOWN HALL
“I do not think the town hall could be replaced for £30,000;” said the Mayor, Mr K’. L. Wilkinson, at Wednesday night’s meeting of the Borough Council, when insurances were being discussed. It was decided to advise all insurance companies to keep borough buildings covered at double the present amounts until the position is gone into thoroughly.
