TUDOR THEATRE
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY A TYPICAL PROGRAMME Programmes typical of those enjoyed by Friday night “fans” will be screened at the Tudor Theatre on Thursday and Friday. “Dillenger” is the action story of one of the greatest racketeers and gansters in the States. A lawless one who, it is claimed, was, at one stage, being tracked down by 5,000 G Men. Lawrence Tierney is cast as “Dillinger,” and Anne Jeffreys plays the part of the blonde who finally betrayed him. In addition to “Dillenger” there will be screened a musical comedy entitled “Gentleman Misbehaves.” The principal players are Robert Stanton, Osa Massen and Hillary Brooke. The story is not a very connected one but it packs plenty of laughs. Gary Cooper and Ingrid Bergman are coming to the Tudor Theatre on Saturday and Monday next in “Sartoga Trunk.”
