At a sitting of the South Auckland Land Sales committee in Hamilton on Thursday last approval was given to the sale at £2,100, the price agreed upon by the parties of-a property near Cambridge. . The vendor was a Chinese, whose
limited knowledge of the English, language did not permit himto make a detailed statement bef<ji| the committee. He had purchasfdl the property in May, 1942, for use as a market-garden and now was disposing of it in order to return to bhakune.
The mirchasers were the Farmers'
Meat Coy., who valued the property is a holding place for stock in view if the close proximity to the abat:oir.
