BREAKING AND ENTERING
YOUTHS BEFORE COURT
Two young men, Vivian Paul Hunt aged 22, and James lan May, aged 18, were charged before Mr S. L. Paterson, S.M., in Hamilton on Friday, with breaking and entering the shop of the Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Limited, at Cambridge, and stealing goods to the value of £39. They were remanded for a week. Tudor Theatre Theft.
Stanley Gordon Vallis, appeared before Messrs R. S. Entwistle and Edgar James, J's.P., at the Cambridge Court on Saturday and was charged that on or about November 28 he broke into and entered the premises of the Tudor Theatre and stole 9s in cash, also biscuits, tobacco and cigarettes and two torches to the value of £1 12s, the property of Amalgamated Theatres Ltd. and another. Detective A. Moore, Hamilton, prosecuted and at his request a remand to Hamilton on February 4 was granted.
