THE ROYAL NAVY'S DIVE. BOMBER, the Blackburn "Skua" photographed on patrol. This plane is well named, as the Skua gull is renowned for stealing fish from other sea birds, and the crews of the U-boats have no love for the attentions of a "Skua" bomber.
