FAREWELLING TROOPS
MEN OF SECOND ECHELON PRESENTATION FUND. RAISED Before the Cambridge members of the second echelon of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force leave for overseas they will be tendered a public farewell in the Town. Hall, when a presentation will be made to each of them. Funds for the presentation havebeen raised as a result of a canvass of the businessmen made by Mr A. H. Nicoll, a member of the Patriotic Committee. He obtained the sum of £3l 10/-, and this has been handed over to the Town Clerk, Mr Frank T. Ray. The list of donations may be the Borough Council Office, where any further contributions will be received. As has been previously announced, a fuH list of the Cambridge men in the second echelon is required, so that all may take part in the presentation.
