WIRE AND PAPER BAGS USE BY TERRITORIALS There is a shortage of targets for use by Territorials in training in Zew Zealand at the present time, due to the extra use made of them by the Special Force. The wire is to be bent so as to form a croquet hoop shape and the bags' will be slipped on this frame.
