LEAMINGTON TOWN BOARD NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEVY RATES Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Leamington. Town Board at a meeting to be held at the Pavilion, Leamington Domain on WEDNESDAY, the 13th day, of September, 1939, to make and levy under the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1925," "The Town Board Act, 1908," and the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, a General Rate of One Penny and Seven-Eighths of a Penny in the Pound and a Special Interest Rate of Seven-Sixteenths of a Penny in in the Pound on the Capital Value of all Rateable Property within the Board's area. Also a Water Charge of One Pound Fourteen Shillings and Sixpence per connection. Such Rates and Water Charge shall be for the year commencing on the Ist day of April, 1939, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1940, and shall be payable in one sum on the 27th day of September, 1939, at the Board's Office, Legal Chambers, Duke Street, Cambridge, where the Valuation Roll is open, for inspection during office hours.
