Public Notices. WAIKATO LICENSING DISTRICT NOTICE OF NOMINATION DAY AND POLLING DAY. In pursuance of the Licensing Act, 1908, and the Electoral Act, 1927, I, Frank Truman Pay, Returning Officer for the Licensing District ot Waikato, do hereby give notice that an election will be held for the return of FIVE qualified persons to serve as Members ol the Licensing Committee for the District of Waikato, and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be Noon on the 26th day ol February, 193(3, and that the poll, it necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said district on the 10th day of March, 193(3. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district by a nomination paper as prescribed by Section 110 of the Electoral Act, 1927, delivered to the Returning Officer at Cambridge, on or before NOON on the 2(3th day of February, 1936.
