PHOTOGRAPHS WANTED
INDEPENDENT’S SUPPLEMENT. Each Saturday from now on there will be published by the Waikato Independent a weekly supplement, and it is desired to include in it reproductions of photographs of general interest. It will be appreciated if our readers will co-operate to the extent of sending in unmounted photographs of topical or historic interest. Particularly desirable will be photographs of leading district happenings such as our sporting and social fixtures, and also pastoral or industrial scenes which serve as an evidence of our major enterprises. Similarly, glimpses of our picnic and holiday resorts —the many scenic attractions which abound hereabouts. The photographs need not be mounted, and all that is asked for is a clear, clean print. In order that the photographs may be suitably acknowledged and returned, the sender is asked to write his or her name and address on the back of the’ print, together with brief details regarding the subject of the picture.
